Kept · Here to help

Make room for one another.

Community Guidelines for a thoughtful, respectful space.

Draft for review · No effective date. Marked questions must be resolved against Kept’s actual app and backend before this document is published as policy.

Participate with care

Listen generously. Respect different experiences, convictions and boundaries. Ask before sharing someone else’s story, and respect a decision not to participate.

What does not belong here

No harassment, hate speech, discrimination, threats, violence, exploitation, sexual abuse material, explicit sexual content, illegal activity, scams, spam or impersonation. Do not encourage self-harm, share dangerous instructions or publish personal information without permission. Do not use prayer or faith to pressure, shame or target people.

Keep community life within the community

Do not repost, screenshot or distribute another member’s content without permission. Do not reveal someone’s membership or participation in another community.

Kept’s required design is private community posts, no public directory and no public prayer feed. Community invitations must not display private details before joining.

Confirmation neededVerify these boundaries in app/backend permissions, search, profiles, notifications, invitation previews and API responses.

Report a concern

Use the app’s reporting control for the relevant post or user. If you cannot access it, contact support@keptlife.app. Explain the concern and share only the minimum information needed. Do not send private journal, prayer or habit-plan details.

Confirmation neededConfirm exact report steps, moderation/filtering process, response expectations and escalation. Website guidance does not replace in-app safety controls.

Blocking and community actions

Use the app’s block control when you need to set a boundary with another user. Reporting flags a concern for review; blocking is a separate action.

Confirmation neededConfirm precisely what blocking prevents and what remains visible in shared communities. Verify unblock steps and whether community admins can remove content, revoke invitations or remove members; publish the actual scope and appeals process.
