Terms of Use

A shared understanding for using Kept.

Accounts and access

Keep your account secure. Do not impersonate another person, misuse invitations or attempt to access accounts or communities without permission.

Confirmation neededKept is developed by Ayobami Dosumu, an individual developer. Confirm eligibility/minimum age, supported sign-in methods, account suspension and termination process, service availability and effective date.

Community participation

Follow the Community Guidelines. Do not harass, exploit or threaten others. Share only content you have the right to share. Keep member posts and community participation confidential.

Confirmation neededConfirm admin powers to approve invitations, remove posts or members, revoke invites and restrict participation. Define moderation ownership, notice, appeal route and consequences of account suspension.

Your posts and content

Do not post another person’s private information or content without permission. Posting to a community is an intentional sharing decision; take care with sensitive details.

Confirmation neededConfirm content ownership, the limited service licence required to host/display/moderate posts, its duration, authorised audiences, content export and effects of deletion. Do not insert a broad licence by default.

Reporting and blocking

Use the app’s report and block controls for content or users when available. Contact support@keptlife.app if you cannot access them. A report should describe the safety issue without unnecessary private prayer or journal content.

Confirmation neededVerify exact controls, filtering, moderation response process, and block effects on visibility, interactions, shared communities and Buddy relationships. Published terms do not implement these controls.

Prayer Buddy invitations

The sender shares an invitation link. The recipient must create or use an account and explicitly accept. The backend checks the same-sex rule. Email/phone invitations store a contact hash; no automatic invitation email or SMS delivery was found in the described build.

Pending confirmationInvitation expiry, revocation, ending relationships and exact shared information still need confirmation.

Purchases and Support Kept

Kept uses Apple StoreKit/App Store and RevenueCat for purchases and entitlement management. Community creation has a server-side RevenueCat entitlement check; access can depend on the applicable entitlement.

Support Kept products are configured in this build, but live availability and the features or entitlements associated with each product remain unconfirmed. They must not be described as purchasable gifts that unlock no features until that distinction is verified. Check the purchase screen for the actual offer before purchasing.

Free Access Mode is temporary; no permanent free-access promise is made.

Pending confirmationConfirm active products, prices, subscription versus optional-contribution treatment, refunds and cancellation. This website processes no payments.
